Amazing friendly hotel. Amazing food and really kind that they respected my request for vegan food perfectly. Food was great. Not always the case.

We were super satisfied during our stay at this hotel. Room was clean, pool and sauna were nice as well. Only one remark regarding the children play room, it could be a bit cleaner and ventilated.

Very friendly, helpful reception. She even showed us to our rooms and along the way pointed out the pool and restaurant. Our rooms are very large, clean, large bathrooms and beautiful. The pool was fantastic along with multiple saunas. A full day spa experience I highly recommend this hotel if you are traveling in the Salzburg area. You won't be disappointed.

Sound insulation between rooms is rather insufficient - one can hear other guests talking with not raised voices. Pool and sauna are both excellent - well maintained and tidy.
